Julian Baggini . Where did I hear his name ? Here, when I was reading Robert Maynord Pirsig interview here.

He mentioned Julian Baggini and his one sided attacks on him and still spoke about this Philosophy Magazine editor admiringly - befitting of a true philosopher. Then, I immediately went to amazon. Any one who get's Robert Pirsig's impression must be damn good.
